Very pleasantly surprised with how things done here! Interior is very pleasant, smart, high quality sanitary ware, clean. I can feel it was made with thinking abt guests. We are family with toddler and appreciate location (very central), size of appartament, view from windows, kitchen facilities. Definitely will continue to stay in other Numa properties across the Europe!

We had a great stay here. Room was spacious, clean, modern. bed comfortable with nice pillows and blanket. I liked the big mirror there as well. The windows were protecting the outdoor sound very well, I usually sleep with earplugs but i didnt need them here. I was pleased with free minibar and selection of good quality teas and option to make nice cafe. I dont know what the negative comments here are about, but we had a great stay. AC was working just fine, the only thing that didnt work was one of the small lights by the bed.

My recent stay at Numa was far from satisfactory. The most alarming issue was a blind rod falling from the ceiling to the ground, posing a potential hazard. After contacting them through both WhatsApp and the contact center, we were relocated to a different room, but the process took an exasperating two hours. Upon addressing this safety concern, the hotel offered only a 20% discount code, which we found inadequate given the severity of the situation. Despite our disappointment, we chose to let it go. The final straw occurred during our last day when we requested a late checkout. Although we were initially granted until 12:00 pm, a small delay due to a malfunctioning PIN led to a rude encounter with the help center staff on call. Rudely mentioning that he has to call 10 more people to resolve it and soo on. Even though the person on msg solved the issue in 5 mins but the person on call was extremely rude. Their lack of professionalism and empathy was disappointing, leaving a lasting negative impression on what should have been a relaxing stay. Overall, the slow response to safety concerns, and unimpressive customer service make it difficult to recommend Numa. Location and Room are good but they can improve on safety and professional help center staff on call.

I was very skeptical and nervous with a hotel has no reception but operating through remote concierge. There was a small problem (payment) initially day before check in but it worked out eventually. I forgot my belt after check out and they were very helpful to mail it back to me. Pro: -location is convenient, closed to tram and old town -spacious room -ac -elevator Con: - had to talk to the what’s app bot in order to get to the real person for the problems. - room facing to the street, could be loud during the day. - customer service could take longer to respond.
