We absolutely loved staying at Number 31. My mom, sister, and I were traveling together and had neighboring rooms in the front of the house. Our rooms were well appointed and the beds were comfy. Delia's breakfast was beyond stellar each day, definitely a highlight. Additionally the seating and honor bar are fun options to utilize while getting ready or to relax after a day walking around. Dublin in general is very pedestrian friendly, so while Number 31 is tucked away, we were still able to walk most places. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

No 31 is a wonderful find in the heart of Dublin, the Hotel is hidden down a side street and has secret garden feel to it. Ruth provided a warm welcome on check in. The room is stunning. The garden is beautiful. This oasis of calm and tranquility is topped by the best breakfast you will find. Delia and her masterful team continue the magic of No 31 with a beautiful assortment of fruits, homemade breads, and eggs florentine that started our day in the best possible way. What a lovely surprise, well done to you all.

A warm and welcoming staff providing comfortable, bright rooms in a quiet neighborhood just a 12 minute walk to St Stephens Green and the hustle and bustle of Dublin. One thing I did not appreciate until my first breakfast was the pleasure of Delia's cooking. You're no longer in a hotel/B&B but rather in someone's home where she cooks breakfast to order all the while checking in on you and your plans for the day. She was someone I looked forward to interacting with every day of our visit and I miss her good humor and fabulous home made granola and the best porridge in Ireland.

You get a whole lot here for the price that I paid for the room (175 per night ish). Gorgeous rooms and building, great breakfast and attentive service. The shower in our 'intimate room' was sort of damaged and it was not warm as a result but I don't think that is justification to knock off a star. Everything else was truly fabulous and we will be back! Don't tell the tourists!!!!
