We haven’t stayed in bury ziya suites because we had to cancel due to a last minute change. The five stars are for the customer service. From the very first moment that we booked, all members of staff were very kind, helpful and always ready to help us with our requests!

A very nice hotel in a good zone of Istanbul. Close to Galata tower and few meters away from tram station . Very clean, service is 10/10, a plus for the guys at desk, always helpful and smiling. Breakfast Is very good too. Only negative point was the bathroom in the room, a bit old but working. Definetly good price/quality relation and of course good choice.

Great service, great room, great breakfast area, and gym! Close to many good places and famous area. There was a super cute cat walking around the hotel, and I let her in the room! Great experience only in Turkey.
