I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel! You can't beat the location, walking distance from all the shopping, Museums, interesting sites and great restaurants and bars. The staff is very helpful, polite and accommodating and it was so refreshing to see all these young people with smiles and eager to assist. The decor in the rooms, and all the interiors and details throughout the hotel, was a nice change from all the stuffy and unimaginative interiors one finds in most downtown accommodations. One can tell there was a lot of thought put into it from people that love what they do and spare no expense to give the best to their customers. It lifts your spirits and puts you in a great mood! The breakfast room has a view of the Acropolis and offers a rich array of options for all palettes, all tasty and freshly prepared in the open kitchen by dedicated chefs. Dinner served in the same location, is also excellent, and the view of the lit Parthenon and city lights doesn't disappoint. There is a bar and a small pool on the top floor roof garden, but I didn't get to visit since I was there the first days of January. I also didn't get to use the spa facilities, but I plan to do so on my next stay. I visit Athens often for both business and pleasure, and I plan on making this hotel my destination of choice. The staff was amazingly pleasant, the location is very good and in the center of athens. The hotel itself is very beautiful, remind a very fancy casino. The gym is small but has what you need for a quick workout. Saunas are very good, and beautiful inside pool. Jacuzzi not so hot. The breakfast is supreme level. The rooms are equipped with smart switches and everything you need for your stay. Very clean.

We stayed here four nights and really enjoyed our time- in Athens and the hotel. The hotel is very nice, from the lobby all the way to the rooftop area which has a fantastic view of the Acropolis (and is where you eat a VERY well done buffet for breakfast). The staff was incredibly warm and helpful, and they made several restaurant reservations that ended up being some of our favorite meals in Greece. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed in the hotel and were ready to help plan tours/excursions/island trips. The rooms are very nice - with fully automated/electronic panels to control the lights, AC, curtains, etc. Our only issue, which is minor, is that the light panels did put out a little bit of light, so we had to cover them at night for complete darkness when we slept. The showers were great, with nice water pressure. We didn't end up using the gym, pool, or spa but they all looked quite nice.

Our stay at NYC Experia was great. We had a complementary upgrade with our balcony having amazing views of the Acropolis. The room was clean and well arranged. Breakfast was rich in options and the staff was very considerate and welcoming. The winning factor however is probably the location, which is very conveniently located in the center of Athens and well connected with public transport. Do check out the spa & business center. We will definitely come back!

Great hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and they even helped me locate a lost item minutes before I had to leave for my flight. The hotel decor looks really cool and the rooms are cozy and well designed. There was a bit of noise from the street especially from motorbikes but it went away at night. The location is convenient to the metro and very walkable to restaurants and monistiraki.
