A very good four star hotel catering for a young, professional crowd. It's in a very convenient location. The breakfast buffet was very good although I'm not sure it's worth 16 euros. If you are after some luxury, this hotel is not for you. But it's perfectly serviceable if you are on a budget. The free wifi is very slow 😔

The room was even bigger and better than imagined. The patio was amazing, you can see the tops of the city center buildings. I loved the welcome macaroons and wine. We spent some time at the bar with Karel, super sweet guy. Made a great drink and took the time to teach us some Czech history (which we love). Everyone we've encountered at this hotel has been very nice and helpful

From our arrival, to when we needed help, we have encountered the most attentive service. From lovely receptionist at check in, to the night shift receptionist who helped us extend our stay (during unfortunate circumstances), all were keen to help. Amazing location and beautifully decorated rooms and public spaces, the hotel is very inviting and comfortable. Location is incredible, with easy reach for the old town and main attractions. Would recommend it without a heartbeat. Thank you very much for the help.

The best hotel experience we have ever had. Each of the employees does everything for us to have a pleasant experience. We got confused on the date of the reservation and had to wait half a night in the hotel lobby because the hotel was full, the employees simply did everything to make my time and that of my children enjoyable. Take care of food, drink, chocolates and lots of smiles and care. I want to mention the wonderful Viera that was worth this entire vacation. The way she took care of my children, I will forever cherish her thanks beyond the fact that the place is central, clean and we are waiting for the next time we come to visit everyone here and say thank you!
