Very good stay if you’re after the basics. A very ample room, well maintained and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money. No Room Service is the only down but it wouldn’t stop me from booking the same place in the future.

A great hotel for a long weekend away. Rooms were had usable space and had a beautiful view of the beach. Cleanliness level was good. Toilet and shower were separated which is always a nice feature. Lifts were surprisingly punctual which makes staying in a high rise a lot easier. Water pressure in the shower was a touch sensitive and would hammer loudly if you had it in a certain zone. Parking is $20/night and would recommend using the tram to get around. Unfortunately the Gold Coast isn't as car friendly as it used to be. Would stay again in future.

Flimsy and non supportive mattress that made it near impossible to sleep. Too soft and you just sink in it. Called reception and was told its the same mattress in every room and that people usually like it. I doubt anyone with back issues can handle it? Also extremely slow internet that borders on useless. Wont stay again and cant recommend. (Positive: close to beach, has heated pool)
