Even with a great location, this hotel is not worth the stay. Here are also photos if you need more convincing. The rooms are not just old, they are dirty and not well maintained at all. Highly recommend to avoid at all cost. I booked 4 nights, stayed 1 and changed the rest to a better hotel right down the street. They couldn’t even give me a new room because they said they were fully booked. 1. Floors were extremely dusty that the bathroom turned black 2. Bedsheets were not clean and had stains. Front desk also did not step up fast enough to rectify. 3. Drain flies in the bathroom. 4. Furniture breaking apart 5. Bathroom full of mold and not well cleaned. 6. Aircon is old and noisy, with evidence of leaks. 7. The fridge in the room was extremely noisy and kept us up all night.

Not very fancy but staff are super friendly and helpful. Room is clean, and very comfy bed. Location is accessible to anything like mall, restaurants, massage and train. Value for money, highly recommended.

Excellend location within walking distance of Phrom Pheong BTS, Emquartier, Emporium and Emsphere. Room and toilet was spacious and customer service was prompt. Easy check in and check out. Minor issue with room card which needs to be reset from time to time but other than that it was a good stay for 5D4N.

I had the pleasure of staying in a Studio Executive Room at Oakwood Residence on Sukhumvit 24 for 2 nights in May. It was honestly one of the best rooms I have stayed in whilst visiting Bangkok. The bed/pillows were so comfortable, I had the best sleep ever after a long flight from the UK. A nice lounge one side, with a modern kitchen (cooking facilities), I even think there was a washing machine provided too! The bathroom was excellent, spacious and the shower was superb. The manager Clive and his team were very accommodating, and made my stay such a pleasurable experience. The location was great too for looking around the Sukhumvit area, and not far from the BTS. Oh the plate of fresh fruits provided in my room was a nice touch too.
