I come to Thailand almost every year, starting my bicycle tours in different directions and usually staying around Sukhumvit area. I chose the Oakwood Suites this time around and it was a 10 out of 10. The staff were polite, cordial and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was ample with a good selection and service was excellent. I was allowed to store my bicycle in my room no problem. The house cleaning staff was efficient, kind and polite. I would have no problem recommending Oakwood Suites and staying here again on my next pass through. They do a great job!

This hotel has the most comfortable bed. Super comfortable. I could stay all day in bed. Check-in was easy and friendly. All the front office staff were welcoming. The pedestrian path from the Thong Lo station was good. It was not difficult to pull our hand carries along it. Our room was located on the 6th floor and facing the front. Great noise insulation. Barely heard the traffic. And, thumbs up for the sustainability efforts. Glass drinking water bottles were provided. For a short stay (2 - 3 days), I do not require bed linen and towel to be changed. That's for my sustainability effort. Overall, we had a great stay. Note: Free shuttle to the Thong Lo BTS station is available. Perhaps you could even catch it from the station.

Cute hotel nearby the bts, room has almost everything you would need. Large (king) bed is just two single beds together and the sheet on top just randomly ends somewhere in your legs area which is kind of annoying. Sheets and pillows have a lot of random stains. Shampoo, body wash and hand soap have the same watery consistency and strong mint/herbal smell, so it could be one thing, not three Good hotel for 1-2 nights stays + if you got some good discount.

Such a trendy feel. I love the touches of Red all over the hotel. Very eclectic and welcoming. The team at Oakwood will welcome you warmly and you will be well looked after. The pool and gym are also really good. It is very near to malls, market, 7-11 is at a 3 minute walking distance. The in-house restaurant offers delicious food and a variety of drinks also. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable, with all the amenities. They also have a small kitchenette in the room which is ideal if you are travelling with family. Would definitely recommend this place.

Excellent hotel for a 6-night stay. Fast Internet, 31/21 Mb/s up/down. Very walkable to Thong Lor BTS Station with a 7-11 nearby as well. Staff were nice and welcoming and the decor is very modern/chic. Rooms have big, floor-to-ceiling windows that span almost the entire width of the unit. This area is much quieter than Terminal 21 Asok which I like, while remaining very close to transit and food. The main downside is that the room air conditioning can be quite loud, even if the target temperature has been reached.
