Very clean family hotel. Rooms are generous size. Well equipped. Interiors are light and modern. Location is amazing next to two known malls gives access to lots of shopping and dining options just steps away from this hotel. BTS station is 50meters away. Can’t be a better location than this.

Great location. Good interior furnishings however the sofa is untolerable, you simply can’t sit on the sofa for it is too uncomfortable. I had to sit on floor or dining table for the long stay at this hotel. Terrible front desk staffs, unprofessional and rude. That do not apply to all, but I would say 30% of the time. Basically I don’t go to the front desk unless absolutely necessary. In general Thai people have god services, so you could imagine the intensity of unpleasant experiences I had with them. Ruined and wasted the nice premises!

It’s really easy to access through Emporium , all the stuffs we met is friendly and helpful. Lifts are fast, clean environment, nice pantry. When I took shower , the water on floor is drying fast. Swimming pool , sauna, and gym room. 2 seven eleven nearby, lots of hotels in the same street , we tried 2 eating outlets, the dishes are delicious, the pricing are comparatively with those in food court area.
