Great hotel for good value. Especially loved non smoking policy. Amazing service. Very friendly front desk and cafe employees. Had some meetings, they had quiet patio and I was able to work there.

I had booked a room in this hotel almost a month ago for my father and two days before the cancellation due date, I cancelled the reservation and I was reimbursed the amount I had paid in euro but unfortunately because of the conversions I lost $18.13 CAD and this was not my fault as it was a mistake of the hotel system which should had not charged me for a cancelled reservation. I contacted the hotel several times by emails and leaving messages and unfortunately they never responded and I lost money because of their mistake !!!! Hope they will read my message here ! Update: The hotel manager reimbursed me $17 after lots of follow ups!

1. The waiters looked very bad during the breakfast when filled more than 1 time. They came and take the plates as soon as they see it empty in a bad way. 2. The mini bar is very oxtraordinarily expensive, while other hotels offer free minibar. They even dont tell you at the timebof entry that there is money charge for the minibar. They take money during checkout. 3. Rooms are too small, although our room had a good outside view. 4. They bring us drinking water very late when we asked fir it. 5. The restaurant menu is very expensive. 6. There is no jacuzi. 7. There is no club and no entertainment. 8. very small lobby. 9. Although we took non smoking room, there was cigaretter smell comming into the rooms. 10. It seems that most of the comments on google review or other sites are made by fake usernames from hotel personnel. This should be clarified.

I had the pleasure of getting to know this hotel during my aunt's stay in Ankara and I was pleasantly impressed. The ambience is very cosy and the furnishings are certainly modern and pleasant. The location is almost perfect as it is a stone's throw from a main street, Tunali Caddesi, which is perfect for strolling as it is full of shops, restaurants and cafes. Notoriously, finding parking in this area would be a challenge, but the hotel provides a parking service inside that solves the problem. In conclusion, there is an excellent restaurant/cafe inside the hotel where you can enjoy delicious dishes without necessarily having to stay in the same hotel. I also applaud the very polite and kind staff. Recommended if you are planning to visit Ankara!
