My second time in this hotel. Rooms are clean. Winter time little bit cold but manageable. Unfortunately towels doesn't look fresh. There is something I would like them to improve. It's dinner buffet. Very poor choices. 3 plates with cutted vegetables by the time I arrive which was 8pm exactly the main course was already finished. It was just rice and chicken breast and even that wasn't full. Everything was so limited in quantity.

The rooms are well-equipped and pleasant, although I have some concerns about cleanliness due to noticing dust in corners. Overall, the cleanliness was acceptable. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the water in my room, leading me to change rooms after midnight for a shower. The night service was not satisfactory as I was asked to go down to exchange a key, kept me for a while and wasn't offered assistance in moving to another room. It wasn't the best experience.

Very nice staff. Close to metro (subway) so easy to get around. Really good breakfast. Rooms and hallways was medium and my room had some boring parking view. Cleaning everyday. I would like to stay here again.
