This hotel labels itself as 5 stars, and I've been to many 5-star hotels. However, it's definitely not one: bad internet service, outdated furniture, and a lack of maintenance in their rooms. stained bedsheets, old overused bath robe and towels looks like it haven’t been changed for years. The staff's attitude is very rude and aggressive for no reason. There's zero friendliness and hospitality. -Staff Walked in into my room straight in without knocking the door to ask if we need room services.So weird? Overall It's unwelcoming, and if you check out, you get treated badly, giving off the attitude of we don't want you here anymore.Moreover, during check-out, you are treated poorly, giving off the impression that they no longer value you as a customer. It implies they are not obligated to treat guests decently, which is ridiculous. Save your money and book elsewhere that truly lives up to the name of being a 5 star hotel.

A quasi-5-stars hotel in the heart Prague next to the People's museum. Rooms are good, but the matrasse on my bed was absolutely uncomfortable. The breakfast is better than average. The sink in the handwasher was not working. This was fixed but only the next day. All-in-all, it is a fair 3-stars hotel, good value for money.

Great hotel if you want to visit the historical centre of Prague. Good breakfast, nice and clean rooms. All the amenities you would expect are being covered.

Although the hotel is in a great location and is a 5 star hotel, it wasn't great for me and my family. The treatment of the reception staff is offensive and racist. I waited an hour and forty-five minutes, and they did not allow me and my family to enter the room, although many people were late, but the receptionist allowed them to enter the rooms, although she saw that I had young children who could not wait. We are not satisfied with this service. Me and my family. I do not advise you to waste your money to fix this. Bad hotel, rooms are old and not clean enough and customer service is bad and racist. Doesn't deserve 5 stars at all. Worth 3 stars. It is not great service like what we see in other 5 star hotels.
