Nice room with balcony. The AC was a little weak, but good enough. The service is excellent, friendly, and professional. Nice pedestrian street in front. I'd return. Good value for the price.

Great location and great rooms. Hotel was clean and secure. Easy to walk to the beach and to any food and drink. Loved the pool, although a step in the water would be helpful for getting out. Thanks for having us!

Recently stayed at Ocean Zen Suites. Overall I would recommend staying here. Here’s a summary of the hotel; - Location: It is right on 5th avenue which is nice. I will mention however that it is a little further away from all the restaurants, bars and shops so you will have to walk along the path for a couple blocks to get to that area. There are some spots that get pretty dark so I made sure to watch my back. It is also located right by a beach access point which is a huge pro. - Security: The security of the hotel was really good. There was a gate that was always locked, security cameras and a security guard who worked there 24-7. Every time you want to back into your apartment you has to press the call button and wait for them to let you in. It never took longer than a minute or so. The rooms have secure locks and also have a safe. - Rooftop: Really pretty ocean views with a pool (not heated) and many lounge chairs. There wasn’t wifi up there even though it said there was supposed to. Also the lights up there are super dim so there wasn’t enough light to read my book. - Shower: Gets hot pretty quickly but doesn’t last super long. The water pressure wasn’t the best. There was shampoo, conditioner and soap. - Beds: Nothing special but worked for me. - Extra Stuff: There was a fridge, coffee maker (which I didn’t use), and a table and chairs. Also there was a hairdryer which came in handy to dry off my clothes and shoes. Also the A/C worked well.
