Overall a great experience at Oceanfront. My partner and I stayed here for 5 days. The bar girls were absolutely lovely to deal with (Vivi, Mai and one of the other girls I didn’t capture the name of were so lovely and are definitely assets to the resort). The breakfast honestly was amazing, so many options for everyone with lots of western options (we found the other resorts we stayed at didn’t cater well to western options for breakfast). The room was incredibly clean and so so spacious. The cleaners were also very good, and would maintain the room every time we would press the clean room button. The pools were amazing, and the gym had enough equipment to have a substantial workout. I would recommend Oceanfront. The only constructive feedback I would give to Oceanfront is to replace their pool lounges as they are a bit on the weathered side but otherwise a fantastic experience and we were incredibly pleased with our spacious room!

Iced purple flower welcome drinks. Luggages are handled with care and delivered to your room. Room service quality good, not great, but what can you say about the price, totally worth it. Squash court, gym, snooker room. Kind of an infinity pool, pool side bar (close at 7pm which is a bit let down), but the pool itself is 24/7. Air conditioning is good, just remember to shut the balcony door tight or the AC will stop functioning. The water from the bath tub was Indian-grade. Breakfast is great, with variety of food and drinks. Shuttle bus from hotel to Bangla Road, but stop servicing at 8 pm. People working there are really nice.

Don’t feel welcoming when arrived at the hotel,only serves tourist from UAE with drinks. Hotel staffs seems very blur and doesn’t know what they were answering. Very under-trained! Bad customer service! Need to ask more than 3 times for “international plug” and got no sir you need to go out and buy yourself… what a joke…oh yeah!!! Take a look at their tub water!!! I guess is from the beach…

This hotel is ridiculous!!! Service is the worst I have experienced. Staff are clueless especially on reception and they don't clean your room when requested. Staff need training and basic customer service skills. Not worth the money. Resort is ok but not worth 5 stars. Shuttle service is a joke. You can get better in the area for the same price where you get what you pay for!! We won't be back and will be telling everyone about the lack of service.
