Do not book this place. The building has a bad smell. Also, when I arrived, the bedsheets and pillow were dirty, with even dead bugs on the bed. When I asked for a cancelation, not only did the owner refuse, he insulted me.

We had a good stay in this Guesthouse. Pros: -Clean room, good hygiene products available, very good emplacement, available clean towels and water. -Nice friendly and available staff. - Near the metro station and many buses, near market and many shops and restaurants. Cons: -Very small room, I've never seen smaller than this one 😅, no clear space so we barely put our luggage in the space between the bed and the wall but okay compared to the location, the Korean accommodations standard and the price. Good place to stay in Seoul.

The rooms look clean at first sight but besides and underneath the bed it's quite dirty. The bathroom is clean however. The owner is friendly and can help with everything. The location is perfect with the close vicinity to every major attraction in Seoul.
