Starting note they are a company with quite a lot of apartments scattered in Prague. We were a group of 6 people and we were in Kaprova Street, GREAT location. One side it was 5 minutes away from Charles Bridge and on the other side 1 minutes away from the old town square. The apartment was spacious. Separate 3 bedroom apartment and double beds, big kitchen with a dining table. A shower room and toilet room which was helpful as we were 6. Heating perfect, hot water perfect and pressure! Surprisingly quiet since we were there the new years weekend. Amazing view!! Very safe place with locks, however complicated to get it, it felt safe. Before check in they provide an online check in which can be used online or through an application and they also ask for a €200 deposit for any damages. Since we did it all that a day before we didn't have any delay with check in, but make sure if you arrive past midnight to let them know. As we saw in reviews that some didn't receive the deposit on time or never we made sure to keep the apartment clean as possible and avoid being loud. Luckily we received the refund on the same day. FYI, if you want to leave luggage after check out there is a €5 per bag/luggage. As a group we had an amazing stay, very pleased and happy. Most of all the best deal in price for time and location!

Great experience, the 2 bedroom apartment was ideally located and perfect for our needs (just a heads up there were a few flights of stairs to it in case that's an issue for you). The staff were friendly and very accommodating when we requested an additional bed at short notice. Deposit returned swiftly. Would recommend.

We booked this place which looks great and we were given a suit in another apartment which looked like a storage, and nothing like the photos we saw before booking. Very bad experience! I recommend the readers to take these reviews seriously and not ruin their holiday in Prague with such overpriced low quality accommodation. We were given this storage like room in the attic with a view of a roof and wall (had booked the room at a higher price because of city view), with two beds and a huge old couch crammed in it as if they did not find another place to dump them. The space they called ”kitchen” was horrible and totally not usable. The bathroom was so old and out of shape that we didn’t even want to shower there. I doubt if the other suits they offer are any better.

Do Not Stay! The company running and managing these apartments are VERY VERY BAD. To begin with the staff members May and Chris are both very poor at communicating, interacting and providing proper information. Prior to arrival we were told that we would be able to leave our bags in a secure place at the reception if our rooms were not ready for us. Upon arrival we were then told that we would have to pay €5 per luggage left behind. This was conveniently left out of the prior agreement and our prior arrangement was not honoured in any manner. Following this whilst staying at the apartments I had the unfortunate experience of falling from their beds whilst sleeping at night !! The actual fact that I turned in my sleep and the corners of the bed frame came apart causing me to fall into the bed and injuring my shoulder. I could not sleep the entire night and when looking at the bed it was clear that the metal joint holding the bed frame together was not secure at all. The following morning myself and my group went to reception to explain this all in full and we were met with a very rude and abrasive Mai who refused to acknowledge the incident or fault and had no sympathy to the liable injury they caused me. Chris who claimed to be customer relations had zero interpersonal skills and refused to provide management details. A promise was made that compensation would be put in place for the injuries caused and inconvenience towards the entire group. Yet to DATE not a single positive discussion has been had. On top of all of this they illegally attempted to withhold our deposit money and it took us having to go to our banks to retrieve our money. I say it once and I say it again. DO NOT STAY.
