When I checked in the front staff knew there was no water. Even though he knew this, he never told me. I couldn’t take a shower, brush my teeth or wash my hands. When I came down to talk to someone about it the new guy apologized and told me he was sorry I didn’t know. I said, yes the other guy didn’t tell me. The bathroom smelled pretty bad too, bad plumbing and the shower definitely needs a remodel. The only nice thing was the bed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for their dishonesty.

The staff are ok but the lobby is very small.they have good location access to all tourist spots. Restaurant are nearby available. This hotel are recommended for tourist.

Stopped here for a night. Small cute rooms, cheaper than other similar places in the centre. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. It's a popular tourists place and quite noisy at night.

· Great location for first timers. U never have a boring walk around. Small, complete for couples and families. Roof terrace breakfast is outstanding. Mr Kadir is best of a Gem making you stay a great experience not of the hotel but also a peak into great cultural insight of Turkish hospitality. Mr Emir is a great support no matter what need u have during stay. The lady serving breakfast is also a good one doing clean and prompt job. The tradition of playing songs of your choice while you have breakfast just creates a marvelous experience being home away from home sharing your choice of music with people around the world.
