I have been traveling in Europe for over 25 years and have stayed in numerous hotels and understand the smaller room, bed and shower sizes, but this was unacceptable.🔹 I inquired to see if I might be moved to a room with a larger bed so I wouldn't fall off the bed at night and even when the rooms around became available and were empty I was told they were for "other customers." 🔹As my week at the hotel went on their preferential treatment of others continued as I checked with the front desk to see if there might be a better room available, the reservation managers & owners, Fatourou Anastasia & Fatouros Panagitotis, told me "I already told you...we have no rooms." as if I was an unruly employee or disobedient child. 🔹I booked my room with breakfast included and upon arrival I was told there was no "free breakfast" and it would be a 5Є. 🔹Finally, as I checked out I asked if might have 1 more hour because of my flight time out of Athens and they refused even though the next customers would not be coming to occupy the room for another 3 hours.

The morning before my leaving they told me (not asked me) to change my room. Not a big deal, one might say. The problem is that the new room was smaller and they didn't clean it until the afternoon. So, when I came back at 3pm to take some of my stuff and have a rest I found my baggages in a room that wasn't cleaned yet. I asked for a refunding of the latest day of stay (arbitrary room downgrade + not available for the most part of the day) but they told me that they couldn't and eventually they would give me a voucher for the future, as if I travel to Athens once per month. The cherry on top: the manager gave me appointment for the morning of the check-out but she didn't show up. In her place a (kind) employer who was not even instructed about the issue. Shameful

Avoid , FIND SOMETHING ELSE , dont ruin your day, rude owner , tiny little room !!!!! We were 2 families , the first family a couple and an infant 1 year old and the other family , the couple an infant 7 months and a child of 8 years old . I found this property on booking and I had a few questions so I tried to find them here on google .We were 2 families so we needed 2 rooms . Called them and she gave me an option of 70 euros each room with the breakfast included if I booked directly through the phone , I did so . I arrived at the property and they asked me about the time that we wanted the breakfast to be served in the room, and how many people wanted breakfast. I replied 8:30 and breakfast for 5 people . The next morning I waited until 9:30 and no one brought breakfast , I went down to the reception to ask and then they brought me the breakfast for 4 people , unfair. We decided to stay one more night so I called her again and she said same price and same conditions . The next day until 10 no one brought breakfast, went down to ask , the receptionist said that you have no breakfast today, I said why, he said the name is not in the list. Called the number again and the girl spoke to me in a very rude way pretending that she made me a huge offer with the price and that the breakfast was only for the first day . Very bad behavior. The Huge offer was not even an offer because the room on booking is 70 euros, calculating the commision that she pays to them and the fact that I paid in cash it should have been less . This is unprofessional and with what I saw on the other reviews other people had bad experiences as well , so stay away.

Once we landed to the airport, we took an Uber to Olvia Suites and left our cases there until checkin time at 3pm. We came back at 3pm and were shown to our double room. We unpacked some bits and then headed out for the evening. When we returned at 9pm, the receptionist told us that our room had been moved. She showed us to our new room which was on the 5th floor. I’m not happy that our stuff had been moved and we had been moved from a double room to a single room that felt like the loft. The bathroom did not have a blind so showering in the evening with the light on was not reassuring. The blinds in the main room were falling apart and beds very uncomfortable. We complained to the receptionist who told us that they had to put someone else into our room and that they were now fully booked so could not change our room. I also had to sleep with my earplugs in due to the noise from the bar on the corner.

Although we paid money, our reservation was canceled on the way to the hotel, because the payment could not be received. The man at the reception pretended to solve the problem and said that he would make us stay in a good place for 1 night and we could settle into the hotel the next day. However, he made us stay in an old, dirty and permanently closed hotel for 1 night for the same price. This was not even close to the standards we paid for. He offered to refund us the money for the breakfast he could not serve for the next day. However, we were able to get our money back after an argument. He paid 10 euros instead of 14 euros. They try to deceive people by appearing trustworthy and friendly. Later, I read that other people had this problem as well. I recommend staying in more reliable facilities. They are not professional at all.
