I would give it a 5 star if the breakfast had at least a few more options, even just adding one fruit option would make a huge difference. The room was the perfect size for a single person. It was also very warm which I enjoyed, the the level of heat can be changed. The shower was good and they also provide a hairdryer. Yes it can be noisy, but doesn’t everyone travel with earplugs? No kettle in the room, so don’t expect to be able to make a tea. The location is really good - 5 min away from Paddington Station and surrounded by good restaurants.

1 nights stay for work trip in August. Have stayed at lots of hotels in the same area, and this is one I would definitely return to. Booked single room, which was nice and clean. Had desk and cupboard. The bathroom was small but fully functional. The hotel has a lift and included breakfast in the morning. Hotel does have ironing facilities but you have to use it in the basement area.

It was an all right stay. The room we got had plenty of space and everything was working. It also had a schuko socket which was nice. We could hear everything going on though and I think we constantly heard the subway below us which was a bit annoying. The breakfast is extremely bare bones, just some toast and jam basically, but the staff was nice enough. The location was probably the best part.

Horrible hotel. Let me count the ways: 1) Extremely rude day staff refused to give me an extra towel and argued about it for 10+ minutes. Only the night staff was helpful. 2) Extremely thin walls. Could hear my neighbor every time they used the toilet! 3) Extremely small room; smallest I've ever stayed in! 4) Extremely hard beds and pillows. 5) Breakfast is bare bones; just toast, boiled eggs, and cereal. This is NOT a 3-star hotel. At MOST it's a 2-star hotel. More like a 1-star motel in my opinion.
