Stayed here Several times. Highly recommend. Location idea for Beach and good quality eateries etc justshort stroll away. Hotel is clean. Small roof pool but big enough for a dip .. All staff are fantastic and can't do enough for you. I will only use this hotel when visiting Marbella

The best place to be in Marbella, it's located on the Paseo Marítimo, 200 meters away from the sea, rooms have sea view, a balcony and there is a small kitchen inside so you can prepare your meals. The staff is nice and helpful, the hotel is clean and we had a great experience, so we keep going back to this place. On a clear day, you can see the Gibraltar Rock from your balcony.

Great location, fairly basic room though very clean. Swimming pool was closed which was a disappointment as I had checked when I booked if it would be open.

No idea on how they allocate rooms with sea view as there's no separate cost. Made a booking 3months in advance for my boyfriend's birthday and we requested for a sea view which we then received an email saying your request can be accommodated with no extra cost and when we arrived we were given a view of the opposite building. When complained they were like all rooms are booked which was a lie because on the same floor there were rooms available. Bad experience they mentioned that we can cancel the booking if we like and would get a full refund however why would we waste our time to check for rooms when we did that 3months in advance. Marbella is a lovely place unfortunately the place was the only disappointment.

I have been on a visit to Andalusia and had an amazing experience with the sightseeing and hotels and then I came over to Marbella and was really excited as it was my birthday. I chose this hotel 4 months ago and a major reason was the sea view. I even messaged the place after the booking confirmation and asked can I get a seq view and was promised that. I was so happy to have a perfect bday with my partner and a perfect view from the room. I came in 2 hours before check in just to make sure I get the right room and was all excited and then the receptionist, she was absolutely horrible. She said we don't keep sea view hotels which was a straight off lie as I had seen one of the rooms when the door was open and it had a straight sea facing view. I was so upset cause I had so many expectations and then I messaged the hotel staff.. they called me and told me that they could refund me the whole thing and I needed to search for a new place.. how Horrible on my bday everything planned and then to deal with such people. I had no option but to stay. I really felt that being an Indians I felt they just pushed us purposely towards a corner room and catered towards their people. Disgusting. Liars. Thank you for ruining my birthday. I know you'll do not really care but I hope someone takes action against this kind of unfair treatment of customers.
