Very Small, basic, sparse room with zero art. Breakfast was minimal, recommend to eat elsewhere. Better Cancún options downtown for this price. Basic pool- good ice machine. Tiny bathroom. Check in was very slow, room not ready at 3pm check in time. Parking has no security guard.

We stayed here for our second week to explore downtown area. We couldn’t ask for more, breakfast was amazing every day was different, staff is very polite and friendly and our housekeeping was top notch. The only thing rooms are a little small, beds were comfy, ask for the top floors so you can enjoy the views. Fair prices on the rooms, we had a great time. Also they don’t allow you to bring a case of beer or any alcohol, which is pretty nice but if you’re planning to enjoy your beverage at the hotel make sure to hide it in your bag. Awesome place, will come back again.

Very Rude receptionist. First she wanted me to pay again yet i had already booked online and i gave her the confirmation number. I called the agency I booked the hotel through and they resolved the issue with them but the receptionist made me pay extra taxes. When we went to the room the bathroom was not clean so I requested a different room but she said no. At that point i was very exhausted so i had no choice but stay in that room. I would not recommend!!!
