You are not supposed to provide a kitchenette if you're going to ask extra money for utencils. Are guests to bring their own pots and pans? A BIG let down. Change your rules/policy please and just add that 320 MXN in your room cost and give the utencil package during check in. Doesn't look nice to pay up when you arrive. Also, check your rooms for bathroom levelling. One shower leads to complete flooding of the room. Sticky floors. Noisy neighbors, unfortunately but you get what you pay for. Positives: clean room and beds. Comfy beds. Good location and quick check in. Availability of active, responsive staff even at early hours and late nights.

Unclean and not recommended. We had to leave 10 min after because the condition of the room was not acceptable at all. Bedsheet stained like someone peed. Towels gray of overuse. Floor moped with some sticky chemical. Pillows not recommended for healthy reasons.

Very very clean hotel. Really nice rooms but if u turn down the AC so that you're not freezing the vinyl plank flooring gets covered in condensation I guess 🤔?? . It's weird. But super nice. Location is super great for a stay coming from or going to the airport .. super close . Not so great for views obviously. But also an excellent location for getting food and drinks. Rooms have microwaves and fridges to keep and then heat your food. Nice clean little pool with some loungers. Good price too :)
