Please save your money, and avoid this place. Although a great location, and seems to have all the necessities, it’s extremely dirty. When we checked in there was strong fumes of smoke and black mold. My family who was staying in the superior suites of the building had a leak that when someone would shower the water would go into the main room. My friend also staying there had a water leak into her room as well. We stayed the one night as it was too late in the night to change accommodations, and we were given dirty towels, and yes there are bed bugs. Also, the safes don’t work. The staff is nice, but there needs to be some investment into cleaning up this hotel. It’s a health hazard as I had a traveller that has asthma and they needed their inhaler immediately due to the strong smoke and black mold smells. There are other hotels very near that we’re better and not this dirty. I really hope that they clean the facilities, as this is a 0/10 for cleanliness.

I have very much enjoyed my stay. Located at the heart of istanbul city. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes around. Very helpful, informative and friendly staff. Hotel can be reached within walking distance from the last bus stop of all istanbul airports.

Location is good, near to Taksim Square. But keep in mind, not an ideal hotel for Arab or Asian. It has no lift. The staff members are super cordial. They tried there level best to guide you best suggestion. Which is big plus. So if you are looking for budget hotel it's good enough but don't pack heavy. Our room was without ac. And it was 5th floor with no lift. Had terrible experience. But luckily we spent time only for sleeping. Grocery store and restaurant is near by. Taxi stand and Taksim Square is also near by. Good for Europeans but not for Asian or Arabs.

good hotel with decent rooms cleanliness 1/5 because they only send people to clean once in 3 days!!! according to their booking.com, it’s daily, but the receptionist says it’s once in 3 days and mocks us when we say that it’s not clean….not good at all the room at the bottom floor is partly underground. the drains don’t work well… apart from that everything js great 😃😃 overall 3/10 thanks for the stay
