Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is centrally located with access to almost all parts of the city. The "Hop on Hop off" bus red route (10 seconds) and blue route (1 minute) start within a minute of the hotel entrance. Staff are a call away and easily accessible via the internal phone system at the front door. Only negative - the lift is quite small, and only fits one person and one large bag, but not a deal breaker. We wanted to extend for one more night, but unfortunately they were fully booked - I'm not surprised as it's perfectly located.

Well appointed very comfortable rooms at a reasonable price within a few hundred meters from the Opera House. Outstanding stay. Highly recommend.

This hotel has fake photos on agoda.IT'S NOT A HOTEL. Regarding my last visit to opera suites, it is not a hotel as it's written. the entrance is a building door, no reception, the room is very dirty rust in the bathroom .no room service. I made contact with one called Julia, and she rejected to change the room and make a refund for the amount.another thing is that the room is not suitable for sleeping as the humidity average is very high, which affects my health As I have allergy issues. The room view on a dirty place.Attached are all media regarding this place.

I need hotel management to take immediate action on this. We booked a room at hotel opera suites and because we are unable to make it on the trip, we had to cancel the room. When we tried to cancel the room there was an issue with website. We tried again after 10mins and it said that we will get zero refund if we cancel. Zero. We paid 700$ for booking. Not getting anything back because we were late by 10mins is absolutely not fair. We emailed the staff immediately but they haven’t been able to help. We would love the opportunity to stay in this hotel in the future. I request hotel management to make an exception and honor our request.
