Overall very good experience. • Staff is friendly and helpful. • The hotel location is perfect, nearest bus station is 1min' walk away, nearest metro station is 8min' walk. • The Breakfast is nice way to start of the day full of energy. I'll go back next tim I'm visiting Taipei!

The hotel is slightly off the centre of activities but located in a location with many conveniences. Needs a bit more maintenance- the first room we checked in had liquid leaking from the ceiling but the front desk was prompt in giving us another room. The design of Bath tub with shower inside needs improvement as water tend to gravitate down onto the bathroom floor from the edge of the bath tub . Great thing is the room comes with reasonably good breakfast.

I was out into this Quarantine hotel a year ago. I finally remember that it was this hotel! The rooms are extremely basic and the amenities you get are very little, especially the towel was way too small for me. However, the service was great, the food was plenty, nice and kept changing.

This is a great quarantine hotel and I recommend it to everyone, especially those with family. We got two rooms (one is bedroom and the other a living area). Perfect for a toddler to run around and play. Upon arrival we received a bag of goodies like bowls, utensils, thermometer, slippers, international travel adapter and cleaning materials. We love using the adhesive carpet roller to clean the floor. They even provided shampoo/bath soap, shower tub, utensil, bowl, and toothbrush for the kid. The hotel is very accommodating of our dietary restrictions (vegan) with sesame allergy. They go out of the way to still give us a variety of meals and look for different vendors when the original one does not have vegan option. Every meal is different! The room is clean and stocked up on a lot of amenities like dish detergent, laundry detergent, alcohol spray, trash bags, etc...we have a washing machine, coffee machine and two mini fridges. There are also big windows where we can see the busy street but it's very well soundproofed. Only bad thing about the room is that it's a bit dated and no closet (very hard keeping things out of a kid's reach!). The best part of staying here is the customer service. They reply promptly to any question and request through Line. When there was an earthquake they texted asking if everyone was alright. And sometimes they offer an afternoon tea snack just to brighten your day! Any delivery or package dropped at the reception is delivered to the room quickly. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

I highly recommend this quarantine hotel !!! For the booking, it was possible to contact them on Line. They speak English, are very reactive and very nice! The reservation went very quickly and I felt confident. On arrival, they sent me a text message to see if I was in the cab and paid the driver. I had some very useful gifts in the room when I arrived too! ( adapter, steel bowl and cutlery, phone holder ...) The reserved room was very clean and spacious with all the necessary items for my toilet (enough towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel ...), water, kettle and tea. The meals are delicious and the quantity is HUGE! I even got surprise snacks and moon cakes! The staff is always very responsive and kind: they ask for news, organize events ... They even lent me a yoga mat! So the price is more than reasonable for the quality! ( only small negative points: the room is a bit dark and the morning meals a bit too heavy... when you like to eat sweet it's complicated! But otherwise it is very good)
