We book from 29/12-1/1 for this hotel. When we arrived and wanted to check in.. we was so shocked and the old lady said this hotel has b een closed long time ago! How these hotel still can appear in Agoda apps!

The air-conditioning in my room didn't work on the penthouse. It was cheap so I didn't expect much but working ac is essential. I had to sleep outside on the actual roof which was nice with the breeze from the ocean. Penthouse is a 6 floor walk up. Great exercise! People were helpful and overall it was what I expected from the reviews. Yes there is a dump next door..

This hotel should be closed. (Photos fake) The rooms are awful, the smell of rotten bed/cigarettes. Lift not working / lights don't work properly in the hall way. The pool is out of service forever. Management difficulty to speak some are rude some don't speak english. Don't book that place for more than one day. So you could find other place....

Im here now, 6 months into COVID and most of the island is shut down. I have a sea front room and its beautiful. This is the kind of hotel I'm always looking for but rarely find. Is it luxury - of course not, but it has charm and so does the owner. Due to almost no clients there are no services, I believe they are working on a skelton crew but it suits me fine and I will sleep with the balcony doors opened to catch the sea breeze and be woken at dawn by the sun rise.

Got the sea view room, very nice place. Recommend for the people who seeks halal food because halal restaurants are very near from here. Worth the money. But the quality of the breakfast is needed to be improved. There is also no lift in the hotel. But still it's a nice hotel. It's also very near to Family Mart and Seven Eleven that's why it's helpful for the people to buy food and stuffs. It's a beautiful hotel with a nice view. Will stay there if I am going to visit phuket again.
