My partner and I have stayed in quite a few apartments in Avlabari over many years of visits to Tbilisi. It is such a great, and centrally located, area in which to stay. Regarding our recent stay in the two bedroom with Orden Apartments, all I can say is WOW. The apartment, the location, the folks at Orden -all are fantastic. The apartment is spacious, lots of natural light, lots of fresh air (or AC if needed) and the appliances and decor are first rate. The kitchen is totally great, and with a nice fridge/freezer. You even have a private balcony. The Orden Apart folks were easy to deal with, and very responsive. We couldn't have been happier. In fact, we have already made a future booking, and are happy to have found such a great place to stay when in Tbilisi.

I recently stayed at Orden Hotel and had an exceptional experience. The luxurious and private room was also well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. What made my stay even more memorable was the outstanding service provided by the hotel’s staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. The best part was that the price was very reasonable and the value exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect within walking distance of everything. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The housekeeper on our floor remembered the second day I had coffee and put extra in our room. Would definitely stay there again

This place is wonderful! The owner was very accommodating to me and my friends! I accidentally parked in a no parking zone, and he made sure the tow truck didn’t take my car and called me right away to move it! Such a kind person. I can’t say enough great things! The rooms are newly renovated and very comfortable. They were clean and spacious!
