Great value hotel! We booked signature family suites, very big room for 3 of us. Good location and quiet place! The two main beds are comfortable and big size, only need improvement is the third sofa bed, it’s very small and uncomfortable! Give three stars for service because the room service/ cleaning only at Friday and Sunday, but this is why the price is more cheaper and affordable. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend!

Helpful staff, really good with English. They even helped us call to make a dinner reservation. The suite was perfect for 4 people. Everything was clean. Great space, especially in comparison with how tiny hotel rooms in Japan are. The location was good as well.

Amazing room in a key center location, sadly we didn’t book more night in here. The rooms are big with a bath and a nice view. It’s like 1 minute from the Main Street (located like in the middle of the Main Street) which makes it very easy to walk both ways. The stuff was nice and we could keep our baggage there before check-in and after check-out.

This was the dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Overall, this was an awful experience. There was hair everywhere in our room - in the bed sheets, in the carpet and in the washroom. My impression is that they don’t vacuum the rooms. We asked for the bed sheets to be changed upon arrival in the room, which they agreed to do but did not follow up on. We were told that the room would be cleaned after 3 nights, but housekeeping did not come. The hotel is poorly maintained - the furniture is dirty and stained, the walls in the lobby are dirty and scuffed. The staff is entirely composed of international students who don’t seem to care about the guests. This place is run like a hostel, but at hotel prices. If you care about hygiene, I would not recommend this hotel.
