A utilitarian stay which is a good value and has the amenities you need for your time in Kyoto. There are rules like you can't have anyone else in your room without a fine, and more, so be aware of these rules. It does keep things safe and quiet in the building. The bathtub is good for 1 person and not 2, and the beds and pillows were not the most comfortable/very firm for our tastes. However, for the value and the proximity to many good resturants and tourist locations, good place to stay if you need a no frills place that has everything you need. Also easy check in once you find the office near the train station.

Wonderfull apartment in central yet quiet location. Close to subway station that has both lines. Restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Clean, spacious apartment with all amenities.

nice neighborhood location! quite with local restaurants, yet walking distance of major POIs. a bit of a walk to bus/train (~9 min) but those get you to most places. new and clean. nice tech (washer, lots of charging sockets and usb ready plugs, nigh lights, coffee / tea maker)
