Great stay in great location! Bus stop right out the door. Stayed with my family and was pleasantly surprised of the quality and service of the Hotel. Smooth check in and was given plenty of information on the area by the staff. Everything seemed recently refurbished and very clean. Staff organised a large van to get the 6 of us to the the airport at 5:30am. Highly recommend stay.

Great location and good amount of space for a family. Hotel was easy to communicate with. They also helped book a car to/from FCO with a car seat. Room was also quiet (did not hear the street noise below). Booked directly on their website.

Terrible service with a good location. They are even scolding the guests. Rooms are ok but when we were staying it is so cold that we asked from them to fix it. They offered only 1 heater. While we need two, because there were two rooms. I added pictures of the heater. They bring it with a non suitable socket. Also check in to room was not good experience. They waited us long. They said 5 minutes, they go and come again said another 5 minutes. The attitude was rude on the other hand. Do book directly use booking.com, I suggest. I believe they felt themselves more comfortable if guests don’t have any public rating possibility.

We had booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath balcony suite over a month ago. Its very difficult to find, not handicap friendly. The 2 young ladies that checked us in to a 2 story 1 bedroom 1 bath room i feel were not being forthcoming. We did complain to expedia and had a much lower rate negotiated and since we leave here friday we felt it best to take it up the tailpipe. The room is clean but one of us has already had a trip and fall, there is nothing as advertised and overall i would say save your money and aggravation on a real hotel in a good location with a front desk, people who are welcoming and friendly and you get exactly what you booked.
