A very dirty inn with small rooms that filled the entire room with the smell of sewage. Very rude staff. Breakfast includes an egg and a cheese mold the size of a matchbox and a dirty glass of tea. The inn is in a very old narrow alley with a very steep and long slope Overall it was awful

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, it was a great experience. The room was clean and had good facilities. The location of the hotel is in a busy part of the city and there is a lot of noise, which is unavoidable. The hotel staff behaved very appropriately and respectfully. Considering the price paid, it is quite acceptable. It also has excellent access.

highly do not recommend! My wife and I were there for 7 days, it was very cold in the room. Both fell ill with a temperature of 38.4 and returned home! 5 days in a row they asked to give us another blanket and in 6 days they finally got it! breakfast in general 🫣, the place of the norm is not far from the center to Taksim, literally 10 minutes to go!

We resided there in late October 2022 for 3 nights in a 3-bed room, a king bed and a folding bed. How is it possible to that you call it a 3-bed room while the third person had to sleep on such a uncomfortable bed? I had seen a similar bed only in hospitals. Not only the breakfast quality wasn't good, but also it wasn't even enough. Just super small size butter, jam, cheese, egg and a slice of mozzarella cheese. Although Oriella is close to the Taksim Square, you must go up a street with a sharp steep, so it's not suitable for the elders. The staff behaviour was good 3 out of 5. Last, there are 2-3 mosques in nearby making it impossible to have a good sleep at night at Azan time. Azan is not the problem, the windows are not sealed well.

One of the worst hotels you will ever stay in. Very old furniture with a bathroom directly facing your bed therefore no privacy. They would provide water and nescafe packages for you on your first day and then they will never refill them. They never change the coffee cups in the room but just rinse them with water from the bathroom ! The receptionists are not that useful unless you need a taxi where they would call an unmetered one who will charge you more for the trip. Overall it was a bad stay and i advise no one to visit this property
