Stayed in this hotel based off of some reviews I had read as well as it being a great price and great location. It was however the service that ultimately made this hotel a 5 star experience for me, from the moment of arrival (with a welcome tea) to the goodbye getting in the taxi we felt intensely welcomed the entire time. We had booked a standard room, which upon check-in we found out was not available due to a repair situation, so we were put in a balcony room instead for the first night, no problem at all. The second night we were moved to a suite for the remainder of the stay (3 nights more) as an apology for the inconvenience, the room was fantastic. Breakfast was also top notch every day even when we came a bit late the staff said It was no problem to fix us something. We even got a little goodbye gift as we left early in the morning on our last day. Truly made our time in Istanbul an enjoyable stay.

This Hotel is really lovely. The room was so well furnished with kind of an classy style without missing coziness. The Staff was absolutely helpful and kind the whole time! They even send a little birthday cake to our because they recognised that it was my birthday. The hotel is located in a pretty stylish and hip quarter. That's the reason it could get a little louder at night from time to time but that was not a really big problem for us. I would totally recommend this Place.

We stayed in room 101 for four nights and here is how it went. The staff was super polite from the moment we stepped in till the moment our taxi came outside which by the way, the concierge booked for us. Breakfast options are limited however, they should suffice and considering this is a 3 star hotel, not sure why others are complaining so much. Electricity, air conditioning, hot water - everything worked fine. The hotel is a 7 minute walk from istiklal street which is an added bonus. Since we enjoy walking and staying in city centres, we picked this hotel. The locality felt safe at night even though we came back at 4 in the morning. Also, there are some cute antique shops in the vicinity that you should check out. On our last night, the hotel was kind enough to upgrade our rooms free of charge. The gesture was much appreciated. Book without any concerns!

Like: the area around this hotel is very nice, cool bars and restaurants.service is very friendly. Dislike: Value for the money. We have paid 200€ for a room which was really tiny. I mean there is a bed which is comfortable but you cannot not enlarge a single luggage (maybe if you are travelling with hand luggage this suits u more). We had a balcony which looked super on the pictures but was dirty with uncleaned ashtray and floor and everything else. It is noisy. You can hear the room neighbour cleary at every time.
