Great for the price — I paid $24 a night for a normal “deluxe” room. The elevator’s a little slow, but you could always take the stairs. I was excited when I read on Agoda that they had a gym, but it’s really just a small room with a treadmill, an elliptical, a dumbbell set (2kgs to 14kgs), and a bench. Not too bad, but not what I expected? The staff lock the front entrance at night. We found this out by trying to go to the 7-11 across the street at midnight. We thought we could just quietly leave the building, but actually had to wake up the night shift receptionist to unlock the entrance for us. And he had to do it again when we came back shortly after. Oh, and the walls are pretty thin as we could hear the next door guest showering and speaking on the phone. Overall, not much of a bother since the rooms are clean and good enough for the price!

I really wish I could have given the place a better review, the staff were very kind, for the most part. But the TV had no audio, and the internet in room was not working, despite the staff insistence that it was. I used up a large amount of my phone data, trying to entertain myself in evening. Staff were unable to supply reliable information regarding bus transport options, I had to spend a lot of time on my own figuring out where I could catch my bus to next destination. The furniture in room was old. The water in shower did not drain well, the entire floor.in bathroom filled up with water. The AC, hot water and mattress were good, but not sure if that is enough to justify the price paid.

Very kind and professional staff! Sauna closed due to repairs, but I'm finding that a lot in Cambodia at hotels. Free pool access given to their sister resort property , but I never took the short walk there. I left many staff/ now friends there

-what’s good- Location: Hotel is central located，right next to the Orussey market, easy access for tons of street food that I don’t dare to try for hygienic reason. Price: unbeatable price for the value it’s providing Room: clean and spacious -what’s bad- Air: it’s marked as non smoking hotel, but obviously it’s not non smoking, bcoz I woke up with my hair smell like a cigarette. The air circulation in the room is bad. If you don’t mind the smoke or sleep with a mask on, nothing else big u could complain The vibe: the common area of the building is dark and spooky with super old sofa，but I didn’t mind it much, With the price I’m paying for
