Danish tourist here; Loved the hotel and surrounding area. Great variation in restaurants and flourishing nightlife. The hotel staff was very professional and kind - even patient enough to show a confused tourist how to use the laundromat 😂 Morning buffet still fulfilling on the third day, clean rooms and all - would stay there again.

Old one and not worth what we have payed. Gave us a room that was smelling horrible. We realized they have smoking 🚬 rooms. Requested to change to a nonsmoking floor, helped and was good. Apart of that breakfast is basic, food not that good and staff normal.

First hotel experience in japan was a disappointment. Lots of basic services (like requesting for a taxi) offered by other hotels are denied for no reason. Poor english communication from the staff. The rooms are generally uncomfortable and the location itself is not only far from the stations (20 to 30 minutes walk to osaka station) but also close to red light districts (if you're not in osaka looking for such services). Try other hotels instead.
