The room is very small and there was a weird substance on the curtains also it was very dusty in some places. It is close by shopping street so you don’t have to walk far for food or other stuff. The check in was at 15:00 which is inconvenient.

Terrible service. They said "Show us your alien registration card." This is illegal. Only immigration and police can ask for it. I told them it was illegal. They said they get copies from all foreigners. Only foreigners. I gave them my DL instead. Then they took a copy of both sides without asking. I said why have you copied my personal identifiable information (PII)? What will you do with that? They said they will keep it for 3 years. I said "where do you keep it? Who has access to my PII? How is it secured?" They couldn't answer. It means they don't secure it. That is also illegal. If they are collecting PII they have to follow regulations about securing the data. THEY ONLY DO THIS TO FOREIGNERS.

No luggage storage at all. Plus check in at 15:00. Good luck if you are coming from another hotel as most places have you check out at 11:00.

We recommend not making reservations. It's cheaper than the surrounding area, but it's the worst hotel ever. It wasn't cleaned properly and was full of dust, with long hair on the towels. Even if two people stay overnight, there is only one pair of slippers. What's more, the reusable slippers were left unused. Stand mirror full of fingerprints. Sleepwear that smells strange. With that level of cleaning, I don't think reusable slippers are cleaned every time they are cleaned. When going here, I thought it would be a good idea to bring at least slippers, towels, bath towels, and nightwear. Everything was so dirty and disgusting that I couldn't even sleep in the bed. It looks like there are ticks. The lady with glasses at the front desk is also really bad. When I made a reservation using the machine, I was loudly warned about various things from the far front desk. So were the others. Also, there was no electricity in the room, so when I asked about it, they didn't check. There is no way that LEDs will ever reach the end of their useful life. Did you turn it? They wouldn't replace it, so I was asked to use the room with it missing, which is impossible. I checked the connection by touching and turning the bulb myself. Even though there are similar bad reviews here, there is no improvement at all, so I think this is the quality of the Livemax series, so I have decided that I will never use it from now on, no matter how easy it is. It's better to enjoy it.

Stayed here for 2 nights. When I was relaxing in my room around 10pm, the fire alarm went off and I was told that there was a fire on the 6th floor. I packed my bags in a frenzy and went down the emergency stairs. Everyone was in a panic as there was no guidance from the staff such as the in-house announcement. Apparently, a foreigner was taking a shower with the door open. The staff seemed to be foreigners and didn't do anything to help us, and the guests mutually assured each other that everything was okay and returned to their rooms. Apparently, something similar happened in the evening. I became afraid to sleep. And like there are others The room was very small and the bathroom felt a little dirty with hair falling down. The sink drain was also clogged. It was inconvenient because they couldn't store my luggage. I don't use it anymore.
