My friend and I fully enjoyed our stay. The hotel is decorated beautifully and is extremely well maintained. It looked new. The breakfast was delicious and had enough variety with small changes to sweet treats and Asian dishes each day. I liked that some dishes were made fresh and serviced to you as well as the coffee. I loved they had that they offered milk alternatives and decaf coffee! I would describe breakfast as relaxed, which is what I personally enjoy.

My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was good value for money but to share a few areas that could be improved. Pros: - the bed was very comfortable. - the food was fantastic. The in room dining was very yummy and worth every penny. I also love how they try to switch up the breakfast so we didn’t get bored of the choices available to us. Coffee was a hit or miss though. - staff were all so lovely especially the waitresses at the restaurant. They even remembered my coffee order every morning. - quaint and peaceful neighbourhood Cons: - we stayed in one of the pool access rooms and it was noisy every morning. We could hear perhaps the housekeeping making their rounds? The doors are also very noisy as we could hear them shut along the corridor. - massage was bad - housekeeping lacked attention to detail - toilet paper was horrible - no kettle in the room - there wasn’t any business centre nor a desk in our room. So it was a bit difficult to do some work or get on calls. But I was allowed to use the restaurant space upstairs in the day as it’s quieter.

We stay here just 1day and it was a wonderful experienced ! Location It takes 30-40min from the airport by taxi. We took Grab. Grab pick up point is outside of the airport. Waking just in 5min and reach Surin beach. Along the beach there are many local food and it very cheap and tasty! Hotel All staff are very friendly and warmly welcomed us. Once check in we need to download the hotel app and we can send multiple request through app. Even they have live chat function so if you have any question you can ask anytime and response is really quick! It is very cozy and relax hotel. Highly recommend to couple and friend trip. Thank you so much!

We only had a 2 night stay at Outrigger and we wish we'd had longer! I couldn't fault anything. The staff were very attentive, friendly and welcoming; the food was amazing - I'm gluten intolerant and every morning they made me gf toast for breakfast which I could have with eggs whichever way I wanted them cooked. We liked the food so much, that we actually ate in the restaurant both evenings of our stay. Great customer experience and we'd definitely recommend!
