Very clean, rooms are tiny(unsurprisingly). Stellar customer service. The only odd thing - private toilet is outside of the room, otherwise - very nice option near TST MTR.

Stay in a quadruple room ~ a single bed on the upper bunk, a double bed on the lower bunk, and a pull-out single bed. Although the space is small, you can still pack your luggage. The bathroom space is fully equipped, including toothbrushes, bath products, and hairdryers. Air conditioners, TVs, extension cords, electric tea kettles, and bath towels are all provided! In particular, the bath towels are very absorbent, the mattresses are comfortable, there is a refrigerator in the public space, and masks and alcohol are provided for disinfection and epidemic prevention (new coronavirus pneumonia). It is a little hard to carry luggage up a short flight of stairs at the gate. There is an elevator in the building, and the gate is password-protected. The lock and door use a room card sensor. You can store your luggage. It's close to Tsim Sha Tsui/East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and the airport bus stop A21. It's very cheap and clean. The service staff is excellent. Highly recommended. 😍Public Wifi is free and fast👍
