I reserved 2 rooms when I arrived I figured it was only one room the receptionist was ok but the service was too weak and the rooms from dinosaurs era ac no control either closed or too cold and when I asked they said don’t have control strongly don’t recommend it for sure not for family trip only good thing it’s near to a lots of places

Very bad Hotel if there were an option for negative ratings i would do it , Cramped small rooms , rude staff Smells of smoke at the entrance - not recommended for Family stays

I booked room for my friend with reasonable rates and paid as well. Once he arrived they asked extra money. I questioned them through telephone but the filipino staff who talk with me was so arrogant and aggressive. Instead giving explanation for extra payment she cut my call and refused to take my calls. I messaged through WhatsApp they said you are not only the customer, we have many other customers (felt some discrimination)They are very arrogant even my friend also telling the same. My friend asked the manager and telling I paid money and received receipt through WhatsApp but he is telling it was a mistake. Very bad experience ever in my life Felt ashamed. Finally my friend paid extra money then only they given the room
