Complete and utter disregard for satisfactory customer service & lacking communication internally. I was initially quoted an affordable rate that fit within my budget and was told that I didn't have to make a reservation even though I was willing to do so few weeks prior. When I returned to book a stay, someone else at the reception turned me away saying that prices had changed and that there was nothing he could do. I understand prices fluctuate however why was I told not to make a reservation when I had first visited there? Seems that they would rather lose money than compensate and compromise for good customer service. 1 out of 5 stars for disappointing front desk staff!

If you like standardized living place you got it here. they have evey thing.. a good management..Pool .Gym .Bar B Que area..fully furnished apartments..cleaning twice a week..24/7 hour service..Enjoying my stay here

Overpriced,even in the panepidemie ,with Covid19 crisis.The apartments are extremely noisy,they're putting.allowing labours to stay and live in 2 flats with more then 30 people,Indians ofcourse the management is and those filty labours are Indians too,impossible there to sleep quiet because of the noisy people and labours that are staying there,think twice for going the rent an apartment there or even a room for 1 day
