I’m sorry but I have to leave a 1 star review. I’ll keep this short. We arrived to find police arresting somebody in the lobby. When we got in the lift there were dirty towels and bed sheets, along with the cleaners mop. The rooms were full of mould. The bed…. Well… I can’t find the words to describe it im afraid. Put it this way, I went for a back massage the following day! I think there are plenty other hotels in the area in a similar price bracket that’s much better than this. We only stayed 1 night to experience patong. But I wouldn’t stay again. Pay an extra £2 and stay somewhere nicer, trust me.

The hotel rooms smell damp and Wi-Fi does not work

It is listed as a 3-star hotel, but I think it's only a 1-star hotel. 1. Room 507 is to be avoided. The air conditioning does not cool down the room even if you put it at the lowest temperature. The room also stinks a little 2. Room 507 curtains are very thin and allow sunlight in. At 6.30am, the whole room is as bright as day, even with the curtains fully drawn. 3. There is light streaming in from the top of the main door, and shining right into your face when you sleep. 4. Room is not sound proofed at all. You can hear everything from outside the building, and the hallway. 5. The shower head must have been very old. It broke into two simply by holding it. 6. Bathroom needs a total renovation. Once you shower, everything gets wet. There's no shower cubicle. 7. Staff is not very courteous nor friendly. 8. There is no phone in the room. So if you need anything, you'll have to go down to the reception to talk to the receptionist. If you ask for anything at night, most likely her answer is : Wait till tomorrow morning.

I've booked a deluxe room and was terrible. Worst hotel I have ever been. It is listed as 3* but is for 1. I am not sure how people liked this place... It is like 20-30 year without renovation. Only good thing is the central location. Bed was OK but bathroom is horrible. I asked for better room but I heard that other residents wanted to change room too. Which means all rooms are terrible. I had a deluxe so probably the standard rooms are worse. Check pictures and hope it helps. Cheers

I don't understand how this place hasn't got better customer satisfaction rating Staff were very accommodating, especially Pum, who is frankly the most friendly Thai that I have encountered, even the "small rooms" are spacious, clean and well equipped. Almost as good as UK Travelodge. Centrally located, they rent scooters at good price. Clothes washing across the road and good rate. Very pleased overall
