Good wifi. Great location. Nice staff. The rooms are not ok. At least my room had very strong moldy smell. It's just not healthy. This building needs a total overhaul. it's just so apparent that there is a mold problem. The smell was enough to worry about it getting into your luggage and clothes. I'm allergic to black mold and I got my usual symptoms. It was not possible to lock the window, and the room is on 4th floor so it would have been easy to enter the room from the next room using the windows. One or two nights of my stay there was a loud sound from the wall outside, some electric motor sound or compressor sound. Ear plugs are essential there. Tiny room, the smallest hotel room I've booked. I can't give this more than two stars. There was a lack of ambition in many ways. The room wasn't really clean, it needed more thorough dusting and general cleaning. ... breakfast was good. Standard and good. But yeah.. two times I got cutlery that wasn't clean enough. The whole wheat bread was served from the plastic bag it was bought in. The over all experience can be summarized by saying, lack of ambition. I would consider staying there again it they would get rid of the mold. I'll attach a photo from the windows that shows the view from my window.

Stayed here one night. It’s very basic but for the price, expected. No elevator so if you’ve got lots of luggage, that could suck. I stayed on the 4th floor but only had a backpack so no worries. Goes up to 5th floor. Bathroom was nice. Good shower pressure. 5 min walk from Lancaster Gate tube station. Good experience. Bed was comfortable.

I didn’t take pic of my room but it’s consider a good price for the room. N service is friendly n feels like home. They do clean our room daily. A few cafes n restaurants in tis area. So it’s quite a good area to stay. It’s also a direct train to airport. To walk from paddington station needs abt 10 mins walk

Worst hotel of my life the receptionist made the experience even more worse from we first came they were very rude and informed my elder parents they had to carry their luggage which they weren’t able to do they asked for assistance which they said they don’t provide and we should’ve read the reviews as we said it wasn’t stated on booking and they told my parents to change in the lobby there’s a room where no one can see them it got worse when I came to see them I wanted to go to the bathroom they told us no guests are allowed and made me go to a bathroom outside I heard another lady tell off the receptionist about this issue he told her he will call the police. NEVER COME HERE
