Rooms were not as described, not cleaned and balcony doors were broken being a superior room expect all things to be superior. Many left over items from previous hire. Service was ok, not a great response in terms of improving. Location is good, close to public transport and beach.

The rooms weren't as described in the photos, and they were quite run down. There was an issue with the mattress in one of the rooms, which I feel should've been noticed by the housekeeping staff. The laundry door lock was broken but was fixed by maintenance. The fridge also had issues and had to resolve it by turning down the freezer. The couch sinks in as the springs were worn out. The pool was good, the gym was small and the sauna was ok. It is about a 10 minute walk to Cavill Ave, so it was OK to be away from the hustle and bustle, but after a few days, it was a little annoying to be so far away. The games room in the parking was very hot and poorly ventilated. No video games as shown on photos, and the table tennis table was old and chipped. If going to stay here, go for the Superior Room, the standard rooms are really worn down.. we got the keys to the superior room to use the fridge until ours sorted itself out, so we got to see the room...it was amazing. It was room 805. You will be happy.

We found the room was not very clean. Hair left on bathroom floor, there were someone’s nail clippings on the carpet in loungeroom! I had to vacuum the entire place myself. Cleaning could be a lot better! Oven was filthy so didn’t use it. Only provided with one roll of toilet paper for a family of 4. The pool was nice & the staff seemed lovely however non reactive to my feedback about the state of the room. Probably won’t stay here again.

On the 28th of December 2023 my friends and I went to this hotel for new years and we arrived I couldn’t believe what I saw it was nothing like the photos it was that bad when my family and my gf asked me to show the room I was that embarrassed that I had to say no. It was awful with not enough beds and some of the pillows smelt for some reason it smelt like two naked men laid on the pillow and the room smelt like bacon and vodka with sand all over the floor. I was going through the war I had to sleep on the couch and everytime In the middle of the night the couch collapsed and for some reason I would hear a sound it sounded like a siren or like an alarm you set for the morning. The only thing that kept us happy in the hotel was the inbetweeners and lord of the rings. The showers were awful with no hot water and we had to pay for cleaning supplies for our clothes and dishes and we even had to pay for tissues and don’t get me started with the manager he was rude and I’m pretty sure he was the imposter or something like that over all this place was a disgrace and I would recommend not coming here.
