They are deceiving people! All my correspondence with hotel is on record, I can provide. I am already consulting lawyers on this matter. They promised to help, but they haven't done anything. We stayed for one night with my family at this hotel in February 2022. You have to use a restricted traffic area to reach the hotel. When we discussed this with the hotel, they said that they had reported our car's license plate to the police department and that there would be no problem, as they always do this. Three months after our stay, we received two traffic fines related to both our check-in and check-out dates. Despite numerous attempts to contact both the Florence police department and hotel officials via phone and email, I have not received a response. I do not recommend this hotel as you can surprisingly receive traffic penalties by post after your stay !

Super place, great buildings...lots to see. Remember to look up and see all the sculptures. Well worth a visit

Stood at this hotel 2 Weeks ago and I am still waiting for the invoice. Had a booking for 74,80€ + Parking 5€ and was charged 84,60 Fraudulent company! Do not stay there. They will rip you off. 0 Help from the staff, 0 customer service
