I do not recommend and would not stay again! The only redeeming quality of this accommodation is its proximity to the city center. The dome is only 5min away and you're staying in a historic building. But the pictures of the rooms look a lot nicer than they actually are. The furniture was old and dammaged and the bathroom was full of mold some of which could be cleaned easily. The room was not very clean in general and did not feel comfortable. The check-in process was a bit annoying because we had to fill out online forms with unclear instructions. The worst ripp off was the parking. On booking it says that parking is available which is just not the case. You have to use one of the city garages which will cost you an additional 40 Euros a day which makes the accommodation a lot more expensive than initially booked. You also have to pay the city tax additionally which was 30 more Euros for 2 nights for 2 people which is more that the official city tax (based on my research). So this feels like a huge scam and way too expensive. I would never recommend this accommodation.

You can’t find a better accommodation in Florence! I seriously doubt it. It’s spacious and the room can surely accommodate more than 4 people, it’s super clean, super neat, has a jacuzzi in there, and the bathroom is very big. Very comfortable and location can’t be greater, 30 mins far from the train station but 5 mins walk from the attractions. Check in is totally automatic as well, it’s just so great!

Beautiful place, spacious room, clean bathroom, high ceiling and nice garden view. Location is also great. The reception lady was very helpful and friendly. The only thing was the bed mattress was sinking a bit and had bit of back pain. Other than that, loved out stay.
