I have nothing bad to say about this place, only good things and I would stay there in a heartbeat. The location was great. It was on the other side of the river which meant its less crowded but it was still near enough all the touristy places. The rooms were very large and decorated beautifully, it was a true Italian experience. The breakfast was perfect and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Perfect location in walking distance from the major sights. Can’t say enough good things about the staff, they were welcoming and highly accommodating. Special thank you to Manuela who helped reserve some last minute alternative transportation, she went above and beyond! The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is fantastic. Normally I am not a fan of hotel breakfasts when visiting new places since I want to try various local establishments, but I found myself looking forward to the hotel breakfast each morning. Had to have restraint to ensure I was hungry enough for my lunch reservations. Will definitely be looking to stay here again on my next trip to Florence.

We really enjoyed our stay and they made us feel very special on our honeymoon with flowers and a special gift on arrival. The rooms are beautifully designed, clean, comfortable and modern but still in keeping with the Italian style, large oak exposed beams and shutters. The breakfast is delivered to your room on a large tray with fruits, pastries, yoghurts and coffee / juice. The hotel itself is located perfectly near everything and easy walking distance to all the key things to see in the city. A couple of cons, no English breakfast tea served only fruit teas. Hotel signage isn't clear when you arrive...its on the 3rd floor but we were very confused at the start whether we had turned up at the right place. Aside from those small points it is a great place to stay and would highly recommend.
