The service of the restaurant is pathetic. The lady Kaouta was extremely lost and strange , we had to show the dirt on the table to clean, then she only kept table mat only for one person, whereas we were two people , sitting at the table. She did not even bother to take our order properly and before we could even finish the meal , the service man - Matin came up with one cup of tea and asked us to make the payment , absolutely strange , the reasons only known to that person , it made us feel like Aliens and we had asked for two cups of Tea, whereas one was served and we were asked to pay even before we could finish our meal. Please avoid the hotel and its restaurant as they are completely opposite to the hospitality. Thank you

The rooms were ok. However, the was a lot of noise from the traffic outside. The balcony doors are not insulated at all. The breakfast was very good.

It is about a restaurant, not a hotel. It's ok. My problem is that being there you can see what it could be. The conservatory could be a great air-conditioned place to eat a nice meal when you want to escape the heat of Marrakesh. If someone only could add lots of plants and work on ambience in that interior. Instead you have a rather depressing smoke-room (yes - sorry but it smells with old cigarettes). It doesn't need much to turn it into a very busy, vibrant place to be! (Also: if you allow people to smoke - buy special air filters). Food is ok, considering the low prices I would say it is good value. Just served an very uninspired way. Definitely it is a pity that you cannot enjoy a glass of wine (but tobacco is fine?). The interior of the restaurant is rather sad, depressing 80's style with too much of fabric draped unfashionable way. Sometimes less is more, you know. They also offer you an all-you-can-eat buffet there and I have seen food was pretty good. I am surprised because the place itself is cool and location too - it could be a really popular place both among tourists and the locals. Unfortunately it stuck in "the hotel from decades ago" style. Pity.

I don't know if it's a Morocco thing. They didn't have a kettle or tea bags as a complimentary offering. The complimentary shampoos were very strange. The shampoos were so thick that you had to literally smack the bottle multiple times against your palm to allow a small amount of shampoo to exit from the container. The consistency was like hard butter. The restaurant was a place where I ate once and that was enough to think that I would never eat there again. Absolutely atrocious. There was a gentleman who greeted us called Mohsin. He was very helpful and hospitable. So, service wise it was great. The bathroom shower looked strange. It's like you were jumping over a small bush to get into it.
