I booked a room, the money was debited, I came to the reception, and there was no one there, the reception was closed. No one opened my room, should I sleep outside? It’s not even possible to spend the night on the street, there are a lot of mosquitoes. Very bad.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Both rooms I stayed in were the 'bungalows'. Both rooms were more than adequate, onsweet bathrooms with hot showers all the basics like soap, towels and toilet paper. Both rooms came with 2 bottles of water with more available for a small fee at the reception. One odity with both rooms is that the bedside power point switch also controls the bedside lamp, so you can't use the power point unless you also have the bedside light on (unless you remove the light globe). The onsite café is reasonably priced and serves delicious food from 7:30am to 6:00pm. The café has a nice view out over the water. Note that there isn't wheelchair access up to the café and dining area. The resort is in close proximity to the township with a bank ATM, laundry service, multiple general stores, a pharmacy, tailor etc
