Wonderful! Great room, comfortable beds, excellent restaurant, super pool and beach. Spa massage was perfect. Quiet and relaxing. Wonderful dogs and cats about. Very kid friendly. I would go back.

Entering the hotel was a moment of discovery and orientation. It's hard from a series of photos to see what Saree is like. At the end of a village road, beside a temple and right on the beach, it's laid out in a grid all set on beautiful natural tired paths and greenery, with toads! Each apartment has its own big front door leading to the garden. Ours has a living room and bedroom. This leads through another wooden door which leads to the bathroom which has no outside door. Every room is really huge and beautifully decorated and kept. Unbelievably quiet and private, well sir conditioned with everything you want and need. It feels safe here and everywhere is immaculately kept. Reception is staffed until midnight, the people are incredibly friendly and helpful, also the staff at the poolside restaurant, and those at the bar who are lovely and make you feel cared about and looked after. The views are like paradise. The beach here is spotlessly clean and the sea is good for swimming. The pool is beautiful with plenty of loungers and towels. We hired a scooter from down the road, it's very cheap! On that we can get down to the Fisherman's Village in fifteen minutes. It's a very lovely evening market scene there, very touristy but good for people watching and a few souvenirs and food. In the village there's a few local restaurants too like Sabai Sabai. We had a good massage in the village. If you want peace and quiet in a natural setting, with a touch of class, and a friendly environment, this hotel is for you.

What a great spot! Perfect location pre/post ferry to/from Koh Tao/phangan. The rooms are lovely, the best AC we had in our whole trip. There are nice restaurants nearby, massage, laundry, convenience stores. The pool is great. Really good value. One thing for us - we booked transfer from the airport when booking, we didn’t realise that the price on the website was per way, not per person. So we booked 2x transfer ticket, which was not refundable. The hotel agreed to deduct from spend in the restaurant, so not problem for us, but mentioning in case it is helpful for others.
