My family and I stayed here for two nights. we booked two rooms which were side by side . The service was very good . Front desk staff plus cleaners were very polite and helpful. They gave us suggestions on restaurants and shopping ideas . The room were very cute and super clean! Showers were a bit tiny but doable . Last but not least location wasn’t bad . We walked to restaurants which was about 10 minute walk depending on were you go. I would definitely stay here again !

We didn’t book this particular hotel but another one from the chain thus you might find this review helpful. As a traveler seeking the legendary warmth of Greek hospitality in the heart of Athens, I found myself booked into a hotel whose charming facade bore little resemblance to the reality of its offerings. The lobby, while seemingly decent, belied the room experience that awaited us. Our anticipation crumbled upon entering the so-called superior deluxe room, where the first greeting was a strangely sticky floor. Further disappointment was in store with the internet connection, which left much to be desired. We reported these issues to the sole staff member, who doubled as the hotel manager, before heading out to explore the city. Upon our return, we found the stickiness of the floor stubbornly unaltered, and the room's condition even more questionable than initially perceived. The discovery of bathroom fungus, stray hairs near the mirror, dust on the fixtures, stained walls and rusted shelf painted a picture far removed from the 'boutique hotel' image it had projected. We raised these concerns, accompanied by photographic evidence, and requested a partial refund. The response was a curt refusal and a rather dismissive 'we will talk tomorrow.' The subsequent morning yielded no better results; our persistence was met with denial and even insinuations that we had fabricated the entire situation due to our initial discontent. The hotel's attempt to placate us with a room upgrade was unsatisfactory. We were not keen on the ordeal of shifting rooms for a single night, and our faith in the hotel's hygiene standards had been irrevocably marred. In conclusion, I would be remiss to recommend this establishment. Our experience has been reported to the Greek tourism authorities, in the hope that future travelers will not find themselves in a similar situation. This, in our experience, is decidedly not reflective of a four-star hotel.
