A lovely friendly hotel. Not that far from beach. However not for people who struggle walking, then its a fair old trek. Bed is comfortable. Air conditioned. Greeted by the lovely owner Ritsa and her beautiful dog Bobby who was star of the show during our stay. Cleaning staff and bar staff worked exceptionally hard. Yes we would stay again.

It's a really great place to stay, a lovely clean pool, nice shaded areas with fresh mint and rosemary herbs to pick. We were really impressed with the overall quality of service, and our room was amazing. Comfortable, relaxing, and clean. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and all the amenities like restaurants and bars, the location is ideal, if you want some good places to visit but keep just out of all the action. It's a great hotel, and if santorini is on your to-do list, it's a perfect place to stay.

We stayed here 4 days & everything was great !!! Good location near the beautiful beach ,buses runs near by we had a car so was even easier!!! Very clean the guys from Nepal do an amazing job & of course Ritsa runs the hotel with a great performance!!! Nice breakfast included & the pool area is a nice plus !!! Highly recommended

Amazing place to stay! Stayed here for a week and were very happy with the service offered. Hotel owner and workers were very polite and understanding with any issues we had and managed to help us when we needed it. Owner also ensured that our transfer was on time and correct and waved us off which was nice. Rooms were offered to be clean on the daily which you don't get everywhere. Towels were given for sunbeds too if needed. Although our stay was near perfect, there are a few things that I think the hotel could change/update: - Sun Beds need updating as near enough half of them were either broken or on the verge of breaking. - One of our room sockets was faulty and burnt out my charger. (Owner gave me a spare to use for the remainder of the holiday which was a plus!) - Our room did have a slight smell of sewage but this might've been an exception on being closest to the front and close to the hotel toilets. - Breakfast was standard and did the job but could do with being more varied throughout the week. Could also help with being labelled for ease. - Meals and drinks can be bought but are limited which I think is a missed opportunity as the evening meals we had a couple of nights there were AMAZING! Definitely something that could be expanded on! Definitely a place to recommend if wanting to stay in Santorini! Especially when you can hire bikes/quads/cars for cheap.

This is an amazing family run hotel away from the craziness of the typical Santorini hype. It’s very close to the beach and that’s why we picked it. Near restaurants and shop. It’s very convenient to take the local bus from here to Fira and Oia. Just be on the look out on the way back driver may by pass this stop and just do one beach stop. It’s dark at night when you walk back but I didn’t feel unsafe. My husband and I walked back after 10pm and used the phone light. Ritsa is very accommodating. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It’s more like a boutique hotel by the beach. Great breakfast daily. I would come back!
